Do you require a power source?

Yes, but if no power outlets are available we have a generator available for an extra charge.

How do cocktails work?

You can choose up to two cocktails which are made to order. We provide the mixers, ice, garnish and glassware, you provide the alcohol. For example if one of your cocktails is a coconut margarita, we provide the ‘Mr Consistent’ margarita mix, dried coconut rim, dried lime garnish, glasses and ice. You provide the tequila.

Can we hire the C’van on its own with no supplies or staff?

Yes! If you want to use the C’Van as a prop, a bar or ‘Can bar’ for your event we have an all day/night use of the van inc delivery and pick up. For $800 she’s yours all day, excluding damages.

What happens if we break glasses during the event?

Don’t worry, we understand accidents happen! To cover our losses we charge $2 per broken glass which we will tally and send an invoice out for after the event.

When do you require the alcohol by?

We require the alcohol a couple of hours prior to the commencement of the ceremony/event to ensure its chilled by service time.

We recommend hiring a cool room if you have greater then 80 guests.

Does it cost to travel?

We love to travel! However any travel beyond 30 minutes from our home base if Ballina will incur a travel charge.

Who provides water and how do you serve it?

If you want to provide bottled water we can hand them out from the bar. We can serve water we provide from the bar or if you have a large amount of guests we can set up a water station to the side of the bar for guests to serve themselves.

Do you walk around during the event topping up peoples drinks?

We are a walk up bar service.
